Prenatal Care

If you are pregnant, uninsured, and are not receiving any prenatal care, please contact us. We can help you get FREE prenatal care and social services. Please call us for more information. One Saturday a month, we hold a prenatal clinic at Shade Tree. You will receive a prenatal visit including a physical exam, ultrasound, fetal heart doppler, prenatal vitamins, and appropriate lab work. We also offer any necessary social services and education about your pregnancy, including assistance in applying for CoverKids, Tennessee’s insurance program for mothers and babies. The remainder of your care will take place at clinics in the Nashville area that provide full prenatal services.
